Sports psychology is an interdisciplinary practice that explores the link between the psychological and physical factors affecting performance in competitive sports and athletic activity. Professional sports psychologists often help athletes cope with the intense pressure that comes from competition.

My name is Natalia Slizewska. I work as a psychologist and therapist. I graduated with a bachelor's  degree in national security in The Naval Academy and master degree in psychology in The University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Besides this, I graduated from postgraduate studies regarding the psychology of sport.

As a professional psychologist and psychotherapist I offer individual consultations relying on support and understanding, and most importantly on finding, researching and solving the problem.

 

I work with many specialists, psychologists and psychotherapists. My work is permanently verified by a supervisor. I use my experience and education from Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals find their success through mental development.
