I am a sports psychologist, and I work with women who want to build a healthier, calmer and more conscious relationship with training, food and their own body. HolisticWell is designed to empower individuals to achieve optimal health, well-being, and a balanced lifestyle.

I am a sports psychologist, and I offer a 12-session psychological consultation program designed for women who want to build a healthier, calmer and more conscious relationship with food, training and their own body. This program was created for women who feel that diet and exercise are no longer just about physical health but are strongly influenced by emotions, stress, pressure and internal expectations.

What happens during the consultations?

 

 

 

During our work together, you will learn:

✔️ How to create space between feeling and behavior

 

Training and nutrition without emotional chaos

✔️ How to train without punishment, guilt or extremes

✔️ How to eat with structure, not fear or emotional urgency

✔️ How to rebuild trust in your body’s signals

Why a 12-session format?

Change in emotional patterns does not happen in one conversation.
A 12-session structure allows time for:

✔️ practicing new psychological skills

✔️ integrating them into everyday life

✔️ creating sustainable change instead of short-term motivation

 

This format offers continuity, depth and space without entering long-term psychotherapy.

Nutrition & Dietetic Support

Nutrition is an important part of overall well-being. I collaborate with qualified medical dietitians who offer personalized nutritional consultations tailored to individual health needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Dietetic support, including guidance on supplementation and long-term nutritional habits, is available as an additional service if needed. These consultations are not included in the psychological consultation program and can be arranged separately.

An important note

Eating disorders and long-term patterns of emotional eating often require deep, longer-term psychotherapy. These processes are usually rooted in complex emotional experiences, personal history, and nervous system regulation.

 

Psychological consultations are not a replacement for therapy. They are a focused, educational and practical form of psychological work designed for women who want to understand their emotions and learn how not to let them control their training or nutrition choices.

Natalia Slizewska
Trauma Therapist, Psychologist of sport

I am allowed to work as a trauma therapist by having completed a Master's degree studies in psychology at the SWPS University in Sopot, the Level 1- Training in Solution Focused Therapy and Training in Cognitive- Behavioural Therapy. In addition, I am a sport psychologist.

Dietician Ewelina

Ewelina Tabor
Psychodietician, Clinical Dietitian

I hold a degree in dietetics from the Silesian Medical University in Katowice. Moreover, I have specialized knowledge in psychodietetics, which equips me with insights into motivational aspects and the dynamics of psychodietetic work.
